LOVED Collection - Surf Crewneck Sweatshirt

The LOVED Collection is a passion project we started  during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, I would meet up with friends and family to walk, hike or bike. We were all feeling anxious, and I wanted to do something - to create something - that would remind them that they were LOVED, and that we were in this together. 

We decided that a portion of the sales of the LOVED collection would go to support anxiety and depression research at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Anxiety.

This collection was inspired by a trip to Paris - from Le Bon Marche and Galeries Lafayette to Independent Concept Stores, I kept seeing french surf collections seemingly everywhere! It reminded me of family vacations surfing in Costa Rica, and the feeling of belonging when you’re wearing a local team jersey. 

The collection came together one rainy weekend in Connecticut as I worked on my laptop and filled my screen with images of sunsets, surf, and incorporated  the San Juan Costa Rica Airport Code,  and Longitude & Latitude of Costa Rica.
