Marlyn Schiff began her career in the early 1980's working for several major fashion houses in New York City. In 2021, Marlyn was recognized as an Industry Hero, at the 25th Anniversary Excellence Awards, Presented by the Accessories Council. The award was in recognition of her community outreach during the height of the global pandemic and her work with the local and national philanthropic organizations such as the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation, Breastcancer.org, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
